1978- present  Served as Election Judge, Asst. Election Judge and Election Clerk. In addition, she worked on countless campaigns and issues successfully.
1978 – 1984  Firefighter/EMT (Elected by peers to 1st Lieutenant and Captain)
1978 Volunteer in Harris County for Former Governor Bill Clements
1991 Appointed Precinct Chair 828 (Newly designated)
1986 – 1996 Cy-Fair ISD School Board Elections/Bond Committee Member/School (Successfully led the effort to replace all liberal trustees.)
1991 – 1997 President of an educational parent organization F.O.C.U.S   (Families Organized for our Children’s Unified School year.) (Footnote 1)

*1 – “F.O.C.U.S-Founded by Charlotte Lampe with a newsletter readership of 8,000. She debated educational issues on an international platform on CNN and radio.  As President, she lead the effort to eradicate year around school throughout Texas and The United States.
